    Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Dr. Hitoshi Sato, a professor at Showa University, Tokyo, Japan, and a president of the Japan Industrial Hemp Association (JIHA), which I established in 2021. This association has about 500 members in Japan, and did some contribution to revise the Cannabis Control Act in Japan last year.

By the way, we will have an international hemp conference in September 24-25, 2024, as described below. As a member of NHA, I would like to ask the members of NHA to attend, cooperate, or collaborate at this conference.

We sincerely request your support and cooperation for the above.

    Kind regards,

    Chairman, Hitoshi Sato, Ph.D.
