Director of Operations Position
STARTING SALARY @ $75,000.00 ANNUALLY FOR QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL.Greyson Organics LLC, an east central Missouri USDA certified organic grower is seeking a motivated operations director to manage all aspects of our medical grade hemp growing and row crop operations. Past farming experience and knowledge of planting, cultivation, soil sampling, analysis, fertilization inputs, irrigation, and plant monitoring for disease and nutrient deficiencies are required. Additional responsibilities include managing and directing staff while maintaining the firms USDA organic certification. Additional responsibilities include detailed record keeping and documentation as required per the National Organic Program along with representation of the firm at all inspections both on a state and federal level.
