Anyone have a best guess as to when Texas will legalize Industrial Hemp farming in Texas?
We have fifteen acres and would like to devote 10-12 for Industrial Hemp farming. The Texas legislature has recently introduced the bill to legalize and have also qualified and cleared the types of seed that can be planted and farmed.

I don’t have a real good guess as to when TX will move. We have been working closely with many advocates there that are doing their best to get it through. However politics is always troublesome to try and predict and especially so in TX with your very limited legislative cycles. We will keep doing our best!
