After 20 years owning a commercial real estate and management company I decided to leave it all behind, change careers and expand my horizons. I teamed up a farmer in Ventura County. He and other farmers in the county banned together forming a co-op of generational farmers that when combined are harvesting hundreds of acres of hemp. We are now recognized as the 2nd largest commercial hemp farm in the state of California and all our crops are registered with the Ag. Commissioner and are inspected to make our crops legal. We have indoor greenhouse and outdoor crops. We use the indoor for smokable flower and feminized seed harvesting. The outdoor is all for biomass or large smokable flower. We will be harvesting in October, November, then again in January/February. We take advantage of our climate and harvest 3-4X /year. We currently have two strains: Abacus & Baox. Abacus is a cross between fruity pebble and Purple OG. We anticipate the CBD to be around 12+% with the THC within the legal limit and less than .03%. Our farm is ready to be a supplier to extraction labs, medical research, retail and or personal consumption. Looking to make long term business relationships with companies that have CBD requirements.
