Karen here. Today is 3/16/20. Industrial hemp has been a side interest of mine, something I have always rooted for, been excited about, even pined a bit to become involved in the industry some day in some way. I was born in Denver, Colorado and have lived here essentially for my whole life. I have a degree in dance, used to teach Pilates, co-owned a food business and got divorced from my business partner last year. I am moving to Tucson from Denver in a month or two. I have two dogs and three cats. Until the current event came, I had been happily working as a cashier at The Brass Armadillo, a huge antique mall, engaging with customers at the register. This has shown me what a huge people person I am. I want to add that I have been very interested in the potential of industrial hemp in food and building materials. I have been thinking about how I can be of service to this industry and help it grow. Where do I fit? I will need to train from the ground floor, but perhaps I may be also able to make a small investment in a company as well as work for one. I look forward to connecting with anyone who wants to meet me. Thanks!
